About Me
Nathaniel Munetsi
I am an accomplished infrastructure and project finance specialist involved in early-stage, upstream project preparation work and downstream financing of complex infrastructure projects. I am proven in providing strategic financial advisory in the structuring and packaging of complex PPP infrastructure projects from feasibility up to financial close. I have demonstrated my professional acumen in end-to-end investment transaction management from origination, due diligence, deal structuring, presentation to credit committees, negotiation of term sheets and deal closure on infrastructure, project and corporate finance transactions in South Africa and within the Southern African countries and markets.
I hold a Master’s degree in Business Leadership (MBL), an undergraduate Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies (BBS) and a Diploma in Financial Management (DipFM). I am an APMG Certified PPP Practitioner, an accredited CP3P Trainer, and a member of the World Association of PPP Units and Professionals (WAPPP).
